These sessions are invocation of the creative force & the guru within. Gong sessions are a form of inactive meditation practiced in a relaxed posture of choice (lying down, sitting up or moving around). 

Expect to bathe your mind, body & soul in the potent vibration of the Gongs & other instruments of sound medicine. The portal of Sacred Sounds invite us to experience a journey to & through our inner worlds to meet all parts of ourselves, the ones we may like, the ones we may not & all the ones that exist in between. 

The vibration of the Gong & the sound instruments work in tandem with the healing power of Reiki (gentle energy healing modality) to help us shake up & release stagnant energies stored in our cellular structure & experience an overall sense of healing & wellness.

Yoga Nidra & Gong Medicine

These sessions are the merger of two potent healing & soothing modalities where we invite our bodies & minds to explore the state of deep meditative rest & physical relaxation & open ourselves to receiving & manifesting our desires & intentions. You will be invited to set a clear & specific intention (known as sankalpa) prior to lying down to receive the session. You will then be guided through 7 stages of yoga Nidra (also known as the yogic sleep) where we plant the seeds of your intention in your subconscious mind as you move through the receptive stages of this ancient practice. As you move deeper into states of relaxation & receptivity, The potent medicine of Gong & sound is then used to further infuse your intention deeply into  every cell in your body.

Meditation & Gong Bath

These sessions incorporate the harmonics of silence & sound to arrive at the ultimate state of deep inner silence, Shunia. We utilize the shear power of ancient meditative practices with the potency of the Gong & Sound medicine. We cut through all the noise- internal & external, in order to cultivate & experience the peaceful state of nothingness. We honour & appreciate all the noise & the chaos in the process of arriving to inner stillness. We don’t suppress emotions or feelings present within us, we simply work with what is present to navigate the journey to Shunia.

Gong & Kundalini 

Natural union of two of the most dynamic & paramount spiritual tools available to us. These sessions include a complete kundalini kriya (exercise set) followed by an extended Gong relaxation. These sessions harmonize & balance the yin & the yang, the energetic & the restful, the active & the passive. The kriya can be customized for a specific intention.

Ceremonial Gong

These sessions are customized for the intention of the participant(s). The medicine of Gong is used in tandem with the medicine of the elements & other tools available to us from mama nature herself. 

We open sacred space with a cleansing invocation (by using voice or physical movement) to prepare ourselves for the session & to invoke a state receptivity. We incorporate fire, water, earth, air or ether elements in our sessions with the potent medicine of Gong. Intentional Rituals may be incorporated in these ceremonies. These sessions are interactive & fluid. 

The healing power of Reiki is activated throughout the session as well.

Acu-Gong Sound Sessions

A unique collaborative session that incorporates two potent medicines: Gong & Acupuncture. These sessions are in collaboration with a registered acupuncturist Aya Tomiako. These sessions are curated for specific intentions & needs of the individual or group. The participant(s) are guided through a gentle meditation & receive acupuncture or acupressure treatment during a relaxing restorative soundbath.

Gong & Sound Training Sessions

Private or Semi-private Gong & Sound Training sessions. Dive deeply into the magical world of vibration, frequency, Sound & Gong. Learn how to play the Gongs & other sound instrument, how to facilitate creative customized sessions. You will learn the foundations of playing the Gongs & other sound instruments & will gain a basic understanding of the effects of Sound & Gongs on our physical bodies, nervous system & brain waves. We will learn how to curate unique intentional group or private sessions & how to incorporate & integrate different modalities into our sound sessions & collaborate with other practitioners. A preliminary interview will be conducted to better understand the intentions of the participant(s).

Energy Healing & Reiki Training Sessions

Customized private or Semi-Private Energy & Reiki training sessions. These sessions introduce us to Energy & Life Force as the building blocks of the Universe as we know, perceive & experience. We explore different types of Energy that construct the physical & non-physical parts of ourselves & the world around us & learn how to change the vibration of the energy within & around us to change an existing situation or condition. We learn the foundation of ancient Japanese Reiki & other forms of Energy & Vibrational healing. These different methods of directing Energy give us the tools to create subtle shifts in the vibrational quality of our internal & external worlds. We learn how to channel healing energy most effectively & responsibly to ourselves & others as a method of healing. Honest self-assessment & a commitment to a regular spiritual practice is highly recommended in order to gain intuitive insight & mastery in directing energy efficiently. Sessions are customized to suit the intention & needs of each participant. As such, a preliminary short interview is conducted prior to scheduling sessions.
